12:45 pm Meet to caravan to U.S.-Tecate border OR
2:00 pm Meet at U.S.-Tecate border, park in secure lots on U.S. side
Cross border, meet ranch hosts, stop at market if requested.
4:30 pm Arrive at Rancho La Bellota, explore Ranch setting
6:30 pm Dinner
10:00 pm Quiet time
FRIDAY – on and off the Ranch
7:00 am Coffee and pastries available
8:30 am Ranch style breakfast
9:30 am Instructor-led workshop
12:30 pm Lunch
1:30 pm Creative time on our own or wine tasting* in Valle de Guadalupe
6:00 pm Social hour
7:00 pm Dinner
10:00 pm Quiet time
SATURDAY
7:00 am Coffee and pastries available
8:30 am Ranch style breakfast
9:30 am Instructor-led workshop
12:30 pm Lunch
1:30 pm Creative time on our own, afternoon trail ride**
6:00 pm Social hour/critique
7:30 pm Dinner
10:00 pm Quiet time
SUNDAY
7:00 am Coffee and pastries available, meet w/ artist, discuss projects
10:30 am Brunch
9:30 am Instructor-led critique, follow up, pack for departure
1:00 pm Depart Ranch for border
2:30 pm Anticipated arrival at border, walk through U.S. Customs.
Pick up cars, depart for home
Transportation, horseback riding and all meals served at the Ranch are included in your registration fee. Some beer is supplied by the Ranch, but you may bring your own. Beginner art materials are available at the Ranch at cost and experienced artists should bring their preferred medium.
*Tastings at the wineries are paid by the individual, $15.00 – $20.00 U.S.D.
** Average fitness is required for riding.
