RESERVATIONS & PRICING
All prices include:
Round-trip transportation to and from the U.S.–Tecate border to Rancho La Bellota, 2 – 3 nights lodging (double occupancy), all meals served at the Ranch, round trip transportation to and from local wineries, and horseback riding. Thursday through Sunday weekends offer Instructor-Led Workshops or Open Studios. Friday through Sunday weekends offer Wine Tours or Open Studios. Please see Sample Itineraries for more details.
Reservations:
50% deposits is required within 7 days of being added to the guest list to hold your spot. Final payment is due by PayPal or check 30 days prior to the event date.
Cancellations/refund policy:
Cancellations 30 days or more before your visit are fully refunded. Cancellations within 30 days will receive full credit to apply toward a future Baja Rancho Art event. If a future event cost more than the refund credit applied, the guest will need to make up the difference.
Things to note:
- The Ranch does not supply alcohol, although you may bring you own.
- The Ranch can accommodate specific dietary needs with prior notice*.
- Artists are encouraged to bring their own supplies, although beginner materials are available at the ranch at cost.
- Prices do not include cost of wine tastings, luncheons at wineries, or other goods and services purchased off the Ranch. Baja Rancho Art is happy to suggest the best and most scenic wineries and make your reservations at no additional cost.
