Trail Rides

Scenic exploration

Baja Rancho Art offers art workshops at Rancho La Bellota, a 2,800 acre horse ranch located just 1½ hours south of the U.S.–Tecate border in Baja California, Mexico. Rancho La Bellota is a “Certified Land Managed Unit for Wildlife Conservation” (UMA) in Mexico and has been certified by the Mexican government as a destination resort for horseback riding and bird watching.

Adventures on horseback

As part of your stay at the ranch, Rancho La Bellota offers exciting trail rides and scenic exploration for all levels of riders, all of which are geared towards specific scenic destinations. Ride through shady oak groves, hidden water pools, quiet secluded valleys and vast mountain ranges.

Raul and Caroline Aguiar, your hosts and owners of Rancho La Bellota, are always there to greet you and welcome you into the La Bellota family. They have been guiding ranch guests on adventurous trail rides in the Northern Sierras of Baja California, Mexico since 1997.
